With 16+ years of experience, and extensive education, I have a strong understanding of, and ability to teach both strength and conditioning to all ages/fitness levels. My approach to strength training is based on proper biomechanics of the general human movement patterns: squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist, and gait. By putting the body through these movements correctly and progressively, it will optimize its function. An unmatched level of attention to proper form ensures that all exercises are performed safely and effectively. In addition to optimizing your movement, I will also help you greatly improve your fitness and conditioning.
