Blair Small Training is a private personal training company in New York City's, founded by Blair Small. His goal as a trainer is to help you transform your body and health through proper training and nutrition, and set you up for a pain-free, high quality life, where you feel and look your best.

Blair customizes his training to each client's specific goals, making sure to push and challenge you just the right amount to see maximum results. He believes strongly in developing healthy lifestyles with his clients, through inspiration and educated guidance. It is our job to get you eating right and doing the necessary work outside of sessions to reach and sustain your goals. Working with Blair Small is the complete fitness and health experience.

ABOUT BLAIR

I have been living in New York City since 2002. I graduated from New York University in 2006 with a major in History and a minor in Journalism, before getting my personal training certification. I have been training clients in New York City for over 16 years, with more than 15,000 sessions under my belt. I care deeply about helping others reach their fitness goals, and am dedicated to teaching a lifestyle of health. Human movement is my passion, and teaching it is my profession. I know how much proper training can help another human’s quality of life, and so I treat this profession with the utmost respect and dignity. I want my clients to experience how good it feels to be strong, to be fit, to eat well, and to be happy about how you look. I'm 100% committed to leading you there. In addition to training, I enjoy surfing, writing music, and painting.
